If we agree on terms, they are documented in a purchase agreement. We then complete the appropriate due diligence for the property, which may include title, survey, access, utilities, zoning and other feasibility considerations.

Once the conditions of the purchase agreement have been satisfied, the transaction moves toward closing through a professional title company, closing agent or real estate attorney, as appropriate.
